About the Mentoring Program for Women

We started the DreamUp Experience to give women an opportunity for personal growth and professional development.

DreamUp summer mentoring & leadership capstone is the signature women's empowerment program for Dream Mentorship. Every year, women from around the world join us for 4 weeks of curriculum-based training on personal development, career advancement, living with purpose, and the basics of starting a business.

If you're feeling stuck or looking for that next push in the right direction, this program is for you.

Participants also get the opportunity to win up to $500 cash award to be used towards their dream. Eligible participants will compete in our "Lean Canvas Most Likely to Succeed" pitch competition. Winners will be awarded at the graduation ceremony.

Access to Experts

You will get paired with industry bosses based on your goals and what you hope to get out of the program. Your mentor will be someone who has a lot of experience in your niche, career and personal goals.

Personalized Content

Each week, the topics are centered around self-discovery, building confidence, overcoming fear, hearing God clearly, business plans, financial literacy, and planning a retirement you love.

Community Support

We pride ourselves on accountability, sisterhood, motivation & community. Whether through speaker highlights or during a break-out room conversation, you will be able to make friends and share in a safe space without judgment.

finding my
