Dream Mentorship is a virtual worldwide nonprofit organization helping women live the life they dream of in confidence and clarity. With a Christ-centered approach, we encourage, support and equip women to be Daring, Redefined, Extraordinary, Amazing and Memorable because we believe every dream is absolutely valid!

How does mentorship work?
Our mentoring program helps women find clarity in their purpose and pursue it with confidence and a strategic plan. At our summer DreamUp Experience, you will be paired with a mentor that has walked or is currently walking a career path you wish to work in. Our programs are virtual, which means our mentoring is done virtually via Zoom and other online platforms. We do not pair by location, but by compatibility and needs of the mentee. Our application process will help us pair you with the right mentor. You also have the option to enroll in our Academy, which gives you access year-round to our in-residence mentors.
Will I get paired with a mentor from my industry?
Our mentorship approach does not only focus on industry experience but provides a holistic approach to personal growth and professional development. This means you will get paired with a woman in leadership who is right for you and who has experience based on the information you provide in your personal goals at registration.
What is D.R.E.A.M?
Dream Mentorship was inspired by the acronym: Daring, Redefined, Extraordinary, Amazing, and Memorable. It is our prayer that everyone that goes through our program embodies each of those words.
I really want to attend your workshop, but I don't have the resources. Do you offer scholarships?
Yes, thanks to our generous supporters, we are able to offer program scholarships to women from low-income communities and low-resource countries. Check our eligibility criteria to see if you qualify.
How can I donate to your program?

Do you have any opportunities to volunteer?
Yes, we have many volunteer opportunities! We would love to know more about you and get you plugged in. Please complete our contact form and someone from our team will get back to you within 48-72 hours.
I am older than your age limit for the mentorship program. Do you offer programs for older women? We have expanded our mentorship program to include women of all ages. Regardless of where you are in life, we believe women should never stop dreaming. And age should definitely not be a barrier to living your wildest dreams. We would love for you to join the community.
I noticed that your message is faith-based. I am not very religious. Would this program be of any benefit for me?
